Whatever your reason for exploring counselling, know that your thoughts and feelings are valid and important. In my 14 years as a counsellor, I have had the pleasure in forming many strong therapeutic relationships. The relationships that we build are part of the journey toward self-belief and change. Finding the right counsellor for you can often be the first step towards positive changes. Whether you are seeking counselling as an individual, part of a relationship, or for your child, please contact me using form below. Following receiving your enquiry, we can then arrange a time for a free 15-minute phone call to discuss your aims of counselling. We can then book an assessment meeting to look in more detail at your aims of counselling. Ongoing appointments can then be arranged. I offer both short and long-term counselling. Face-to-face and zoom appointments.
